I have been a loyal customer and like the products, which is why I give a rating of above 1. I recently placed an order. I queried it after two weeks and was told it is in transit. I continued querying it daily for another number of days and sent complaints, but I did not even get acknowledgements of the messages. I eventually had to cancel the order and am relieved that the cancellation was at least acknowledged and a refund sent. I have now found a different supplier of eco friendly products and shall no longer buy from koh.
