I bought the starter pack with the universal cleaner, dishwash liquid and laundry liquid and have had to switch back to my regualr laundry powder as the koh laundry cleaner was unsuccessful at removing odours out of the clothes. Really disappointed with the laundry liquid, I was having to use more than the reccommended amounts to the loads of washing and felt the clothes were not coming out clean nor the odours hadn't been removed from the underarm area. The universal cleaner also does not work on tough oven stains, and have tried this multiple times as it said for deep cleans you may need to try two or three times. I have reverted back to my standard oven cleaner. All in all, for the price and how much product I've had to use I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome and have reverted back to using other products.
