I was very disappointed to see that you no longer have the universal cleaner for everything and the need for one container for cleaning but now have numerous products labelled for various tasks. I love the product but do not appreciate the need for different products if the universal cleaner is good. I am now looking for a product that does what you use to claim for yours. I will no longer sing your praises to all I meet.
