My package was lost at the despatch depot and neither koh or the carrier seemed in a hurry to locate it. I had to progress its where a bouts my self with the delivery company Eventually it was stated to have been lost I reported this to koh, and to their credit ,they organised next day delivery f o c but were not interested in offering a gestture of good will to compensate for the messing about I had experianced
The product was good but I thought the kit was over priced for what it was
