Love the Koh products, makes cleaning so much easier. The mop is Mop and Universal Cleaner have been a life saver with a new puppy in the house. These products work and I save money by not having to buy different bottles of cleaners for different areas. Visitors have been equally impressed and are now themselves proud owners of the mop. I definitely recommend these products.
