Koh is great! I always use the universal cleaner & have recently started using the laundry liquid which I am very happy with.
My only complaint is with the laundry liquid pump bottle. It drips & leaks everywhere making a sticky mess. Koh has offered to replace it but when I placed my last order, the code for my replacement bottle could not be utilised because my order only consisted of sale items. So to get my replacement bottle I would have to be place another full price order & pay postage on it.
