Order eko2283611 The package was damaged and item missing. Koh issued a refund for the missing item. Also, the package was not delivered at the home address. AuPost claims that they couldn't deliver as no-one was at home, in fact my spouse was at home all day. They didn't leave a card as well, received an email in the afternoon advising to pick it up from the local post office. The security camera shows that no-one entered the property yesterday. I paid you to deliver, not me driving to the post office. Please issue a refund for the failed delivery. I am very disappointed by this experience.
