My sister and I were hooked first and now our 87 year old mother is on board, we use nothing else. It is magic on surfaces, particularly on stainless steel (toaster, fridge, microwave etc) but also on floors and the bath. It's our go to product. I recently tried Koh's dishwasher tablets, the result is as good as other things I have tried but there is some residue in the little dispenser drawer that is going to be a pain to get out. My only other beef is that the mop my mother bought from Koh broke and despite her request for a replacement, she has had no response. Product is wonderful. After sales service... we are still hoping.
