One word. Obessed. The Universal Cleaner is a lifesaver. With a drooling dog, I need to mop, most days and the combo with the spray mop is a dream. Safe for my pupper too. Also love the dishwaher and loo tabs. Just starting on the laundry liquid and dish liquid.
