I love the Koh products and the ethos of company. Sadly I was less impressed with the service when I tried to cancel my order (realising I had added a wrond delivery address) so that I could re-order with the correct one. I tried both to alter the delivery address (no luck) and to cancel, litterally a few moments from placing the order, so it would not have been in the process of shipping by then.
Five stars for the products but sorry, only giving two for customer service because of the system. The person responding was very pleasant.
