I used Koinly and unfortunately the import to Turbo Tax feature did not work. The .csv file was not formatted correctly and it would not import no matter what I tried. They provided a generic link on how to import the file, but did not address my problems specifically. I asked for a refund on several occasions, however was denied being that I downloaded the file. My interactions were all very counterproductive and in the end I did not receive a refund from this company. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
