Poor customer service. I wanted to eat in, but they did not let me sit down as they were closing in an hour. However there was no notice nor was I informed before placing the order. This was a big inconvenience as I would not have ordered the food if I was told that it was takeaway service only before placing order. The girl on the counter (Megan) said that I should have said I wanted to eat in before ordering (never heard that before) and it was my fault. I was forcefully charged, made to pay and made to take out. It was very poor customer service. I had a sleeping baby in the pushchair and it was raining outside! Wanted to eat-in. Megan was proudly saying she has excellent customer service experience - I really doubt that Megan. I come to this shop quite regularly since the day it opened. I will think twice in the future (there are much more choices now in Leicester city centre) Kokoro management - the quality of your service has dropped significantly. I should give you 0 stars.
