I see a lot of reviews saying they don't respond to emails, and this isn't true. They only respond on working days. If you order when it is a bank holiday or the weekend, they will not process or even respond to emails. If you wait for a work day, they will respond to your emails quickly, and get your order processed and shipped in 2 days. It will arrive 2 or 3 days after that, maybe more due to covid-19. The website may be scrappy but the customer service and the products themselves are great. I highly recommend
