Für mich als Alkoholabstinenzlerin ist Kombuchery ideal. Meist hat man als alkoholfreie Alternative nur süße Getränke zur Auswahl und das schmeckt mir abends nicht so gut. Ich mag das Herb-frische des Kombuchas sehr. Die naturbelassene Version schmeckt sogar wie Champagner.
