I recently switched to them from Rogers. They didn’t properly switch over my telephone number. I provided them with two valid government issue ids as well as my hydro bill and have PAID my first bill. They have put my account as “fraud” and cancelled my phone. They say it will take 15 days to fix. This company is fraud, they take your money and screw you over.
