The suit I ordered was far too large, took a very long time to arrive (granted I live in the U.S.), and now I cannot return it for a refund to my card... They will only give store credit, without insurance or shipping costs. I have contacted Kotomi 2 days ago about my concerns and the site said they would get back to me in 24 hours. I am disappointed in the customer service!
