I live in the US - sometimes international orders can be difficult. However, Kotomi customer service has been very response and positive! I originally placed an order without using paypal, once I read I could get free return shipping through paypal, Kotomi was happy to cancel my order (wasn’t shipped yet) and replace it through PayPal.
I did end up having to return orders as I am new to their swim line, overall, I’d say they are true to size!
