My only complaint is that shipping took longer than expected. Even though I paid for express shipping (2-5 days), it took over a week because they don't count the 2-5 days until after dispatch. If you plan to buy from here, I would highly suggest buying very far in advance. Otherwise, excellent customer care and product!
