Refunds are non-existent. Please check before purchasing - quality is also not half as good as fae swim or Triangl though they are similarly priced. I’ve been trying to get a refund for my product for the last few days only to recieve emails telling me that frayed hems and scratched metal pieces are not considered faults. Would not re-purchase or reccomend to anyone. If you’re unsure of the quality please look elsewhere
