After making use of a chain store for a carpet and not being satisfied, I decided to give Kristoffersens a go. I have now had two bedrooms and two flight of stairs fitted by them and can not recommend them enough. What a difference in service. Ross, in the showroom, gave me honest, relevant advise, managed the whole process and was generally a friendly, helpful and forthcoming partner in my carpet installing process. Communication was friendly and to the point throughout, changes were communicated timeously (Kristofferson's asked to install earlier than arranged as another customer had a delay). The carpet laying team came on time, was very friendly and cleaned up properly after the installation. We had two different stairs fitted. I appreciated them arranging to come on two different days, one day to fit the top floor and measure the bottom floor stairs and the second day they came to install the precut pieces for the bottom stairs. This made the installation process less disruptive to our busy household. I cannot recommend Kristoffersen Carpets enough. Thank you, Ross, you were exceptionally professional and efficient.
