Awful. They started off as a small, personable, reliable and friendly company. Over the years their service has gotten much worse. In addition, they will do anything they can to force you off the service you're using and make you pay for one that can cost up to 10 times as much. Do not use Krystal hosting, plenty of other good hosts out there.
