I moved 5 websites from a different host and the experience was supurb from beginning to end. Every support person and been friendly, helpful, patient with questions from a non-techie and, above all, they didn't stop until everything was working as it should be.
A month on, I'm thrilled with the litespeed server and my customers are having a better experience. Couldn't ask for more (except Roundcube webmail - not a fan - but that's a very small matter).
