A massive thumbs up to Kristal and its support team (particularly Ben Coleman) who enabled a migration of my site swiftly, efficiently and without trauma. Every ticket was answered promptly and with patience, and things just got fixed. I got the feeling that they actually care about their customers (unlike the company I was moving from, who should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves).
I'm very happy I made the switch to Krystal and cannot recommend them highly enough.
