I found their help center to be very useful 2 - 90% of my questions are already answered and it's very user friendly… The service is very user friendly - you can even edit your settings from the mobile version - it takes about 10 minutes to set up everything.. The documentation is very straight forward - for a non tech savy person - I can see how it can be a tad bit time consuming to set up but if shawn is your support guy, he will help you out!!!!! Results are amazing - this week I had 22,141 profile visits compared to 200 and I have gained 2261 followers according to the analytic system that is also included in the dashboard.
