I ordered extensions using next day delivery. They ended up arriving after 5 days and were too late for the event that I needed them for. I was still charged for next day delivery though.
The packaging that the extensions came in were not adequate and every one of the boxes of extensions were damaged.
I contacted customer service for a full refund but have still had no response.
I would not recommend and would not order from their site again.
