Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, my Daughter ordered extension just before lock down. After waiting a month, both myself and my Daughter made contact a few times, it took ages for a reply. When i asked for the order to be cancelled, as she clearly wasn't getting them. On the 05/05/2020, i was emailed to say the order has been cancelled. I've emailed numerous times about my refund, no one to this day has responded to the email. My Daughter is 16 years old!
