I accidently mistook bike grips for motorbike grips. I bought them for a present for my chap!! When they arrived and he opened them he said straight away they were wrong. He called Kustom Bikes and explained the situation. Without hesitation the chap on the end of the phone was extremely helpful and told us to return them. I was refunded fully. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Kustom Bikes for my mistake and would highly recommend your customer service. The products arrived extremely quickly too.
