On my second order with Kustom Ventures, I wanted to make a change after I hadplaced the order. Kustom responded quicky via email that they could make the change at no additional charge even though the style I was changing to cost a little more. After receiving the order I realized the Cannodales top cap was a FSA style and what I had oredered would not work. Kustom responded that I could return the top cap if I wanted to, I didn't. Great product and great customer service seems to be the standard at Kustom Ventures.
