Excellent customer service . Prior to delivery a rep mailed me with my design as requested, and as it happened, I didn't like the font I had chosen. He sent me a follow up email with the new font I requested and modified the word spacing, but also sent it as I had requested . I did prefer his design, and the stem cap was delivered a couple of days later. If not for the followup on my order, I would surely have been less than satisfied, due to my wrong choice of design specs. As it is, I give it two thumbs up!
