I had an issue with shipping from USPS, once I notified Dan of the issue that was not the company's fault, he was willing to send another item in place of the lost package. Fortunately the USPS delivered the item and I was able to have Dan pull the replacement package before he had to ship a second item to me at his cost.
I was extremely impressed by their customer service and my son loves the Lacrosse end cap!
