Wonderful experience with KV!! Absolutely love the headset cap they created! My only complaint would be that they use USPS for their shipping. It’s a shame when the shipping company doesn’t live up to the quality of the product/service itself. It took 7 days longer than the original delivery date - why? Who knows, USPS couldn’t explain it. ???
