I paid for an MOT and wanted to cancel. They gave me a number to call for cancellation which I called and waited for HOURS with no reply. As no one was able to reply, I was unable to cancel which is very frustrating and unfair. I would not recommend them.
Their online booking cancellation system does not work either. It feels like a scam to stop you from cancelling or moving your appointment.
