Avoid this company! Ordered a shed, paid almost £1000, waited 6 weeks for delivery. No assembly instructions, broken and warped materials, unable to put it together without adding further wood and metal fixings to ensure it was safe. ‘Glazing’ is a thin piece of plastic which is the same thickness as a plastic document folder. Complained, waited weeks for a response, immediately blamed us for not assembling it correctly despite this being impossible. Told us the base wasn’t right when it was levelled, hardcored, cemented slabs. Asked for a refund but nothing! Only another piece of plastic to replace the split piece that got delivered which isn’t fit fit purpose anyway. Bitterly disappointed, angry and exasperated by the total lack of customer service. They must get many complaints as their email responses appear to be copied and pasted and totally impersonal. I hope they go bust!
