DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have had the same problems as all the other negative reviews, so expect the same experience. It started out ok, with delivery taking 9 weeks (although with no warning, luckily someone was in). The greenhouse finally arrived but all the wood was soaking wet, warped and starting to rot (it had obviously been water treated and not been dried properly). We then noticed there were a lot of parts missing, this is where the real trouble began. The company's customer service is DREADFUL! We emailed constantly (their phone line doesn't work) only to get vague responses saying we were "a top priority". After months of waiting we finally got a delivery of replacement parts but, again, more parts missing. At this point we gave up and ordered the rest elsewhere at our own cost. As a final insult, they said we never told them about these problems and could have a refund if we disassemble the greenhouse and send it back to them in a "resellable condition". Err, how can we do that when it never was in such a condition! Note, they also trade as Garden Buildings Direct. I'd leave a review there but they've stopped accepting reviews, wonder why.
