AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service. Never answer the phone, emails bounce back, no way of contacting them and IF they do answer, the service is terrible. Waited for 3 months for my shed, still didn't arrive, then got an email to say it was delayed further. Cancelled the order but still waiting for my refund and they couldn't care less that I was disappointed & cancelled. All the 5/4 star reviews are all fake reviews, do not be drawn in. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! **UPDATE - do NOT wait to go to your bank to start a dispute for non delivered goods. I waited 90 days and the limit is 120 days for this. Your bank can start a 'chargeback' for up to £30,000 and they should be able claim your money back for non delivered items - just make sure you have it in writing that this stupid company will refund within 14 days**
