I had to send back my purchase. I have sent back to companies before with a scanned postage return. right away I received my $$ back or when I was asked if I wanted to exchange for the same product but a different size it was done as soon as notice of the product was being returned. I would love to do 5 stars but will reserve my opinion for later. I loved the product and wished they had fit, just needed the size larger.
