I purchased the stack recently and bought the smaller size because my wrist is small. However, they were way too small so I wanted to exchange. That process was not user friendly. They do not exchange. So you have to reorder. I did not realise but the bigger size was more expensive but getting them to convey that properly and which should have been easy was like pulling teeth. I ended not even reordering it was such an unpleasant ordeal.
