I have ordered from you before and told several friends about you. I love my bracelets. However, this order I ordered a 3mm gold ball bracelet and recieved a 2mm. I also ordered a pearl bracelet and I do not like it.
I sent you an e mail and you said take a picture of it. I have a desk top computer and do not know how, unless I take a pic from phone and text it.
