I really liked the 3 mm ball bracelet, but I ordered 2 mm bracelets and they are not stretched out completely. I found out that it takes a month for them to lay evenly on your wrist. I think this should explained before purchasing. I will wait to see if they improve over this month. Recommend purchasing 3 mm or larger.
