The jewelry is lovely. I bought the 322 stack and the 2mm bracelets are too small and don't lay flat on your wrist. Support told me they would flatten out over time. They didn't. The experience of returning and replacing my items was a long drawn-out process with far too many emails to get things sorted out. Thankfully, in the end, the 3mm pearl and 4mm gold bracelets were just what I wanted.
