These were so lightweight that you could easily forget you had them on. That is probably a positive for many but I didn't like them. Probably would have kept anyway but the size was too small for me. I measured but apparently your wrist measurement is the size of the bracelet. My wrist measured the same as the small so I thought that was the correct size. Was gonna exchange but couldn't figure out how to do that so just sending back for refund.
