First of all let me just say that the items I received were beautiful and I love them! But customer service leaves a lot to be desired! When I placed my original order I ordered the wrong size. My mistake. But instead of offering to exchange my order for the correct size I had to place another order. I feel that was uncalled for. An exchange would have been much better. Now I have to wait for a refund for the original order and pay again for the replacement order. I am very disappointed with the customer service from the company.
