I thought the website was confusing. I never used Shop, and was surprised that they were able to access my credit card info. I did not know the transaction went through, so placed another order. I realized my mistake and e mailed customer service within minutes. Bottom line, I received 2 of the same item, which I do not want. Now I am hearing it is non returnable, even though it was unopened. I do not understand why, and have asked several times.
