I received the wrong product and have asked a representative at Kylar Mack To please send me a replacement with the proper item. I ordered two of the 2 mm gold filled bracelets initially and then I ordered three more. The second order came in yellow gold and not rose gold. I was told I made a mistake and I could return the item and pay for shipping for the return and then reorder it and pay for shipping again a third time. I asked them to waive this given it was a system issue. I'm still hopeful they consider my request and send me the proper item.
