very unhappy with Customer Service… Ordered this for a gift to take to Europe and paid for expedited service. This order was supposed to be delivered October 10. However, the order did not show up until October 16. We left for Europe, October 15. We can no longer use this product and do not want it! I have reached out to customer service and have not received a satisfactory response.
