Customer service is excellent. I almost never leave bad reviews, however I was not impressed with the product. I bought the set with the 2-2mm and 1-3mm gold tone bracelets as a Christmas gift. The quality was just not there for $111. They looked cheap and as if the elastic cord could easily break. I’ve seen so many ads for these bracelets and they always look so nice and elegant on the models, but in person they felt more like something I could buy at Target or Walmart albeit maybe those would tarnish or the coating would rub off.
