I purchased a gold bead bracelet a few months ago, and the elastic cord inside broke. I wrote to Kylar, and they replaced it! I wear it all the time, and never take it off. It matches my 14k gold Tiffany & Co bracelet perfectly and adds a bit of bling to my wrist. I even wear it surfing! The gold is beautiful and the customer service is amazing....
