I ordered; 3mm White Pearl Bracelet, 3mm Gold Ball Bracelet, 4mm Gold Ball Bracelet, 3mm Gold Ball Anklet. The bracelets didn't lay flat against the wrist, but in a wavy way, as though the elastic was bent from the spool it was wrapped around. The anklet left a gray/green mark on my skin after only a couple hours of wear. I emailed the company to ask about the "No Return Policy" on the anklet, they thanked me for my inquiry and offered to contact me in 3-4 days, they did not. I am disappointed with my purchase from Kylar Mack, I think they charged way too much for the poor quality they delivered.
