My bracelets are lovely, and I forget I have them on because they are so lightweight and comfortable. My husband gave them as a Christmas gift but didn't realize they had sizing. Contacting customer service, returning the bracelets, and exchanging them was an absolute breeze. I appreciate their responsiveness and received new bracelets within a couple of weeks.
