While I felt the service over the telephone was really good, they didn't deliver on this. I was told samples were being sent with my new tanning unit and they even asked which ones I wanted, however they didn't arrive. I dropped them an email to see if they were being sent separately but no one even responded. I've been reluctant to order since.
